TP3 specializes in tax credit housing with sensitive accounts. This includes apartments with small and large infestations including roaches, ants, spiders, termites, and bed bugs. Our plan of action with these inside invaders include the following:
Roaches: Crack/Crevice chemical/dust treatment, IPM Program for tenant that includes proper cleanup of any food, proper storage of food products, and sanitary conditions where cock roaches habitat. TP3 also uses roach bait in areas where food is stored.
Ants: Ants cannot be properly treated with indoor chemical treatments,
so TP3 uses an ant gel bait which works extremely well. We will use a chemical treatment on
patios and decks to drive ants away from doors and windows.
Spiders: TP3 uses a high/low approach to spiders. This means we treat upper and lower
wall corners, as well as windows, doors, porches, patios, and any areas with moisture. Most importantly, TP3 kills other insects that spiders feed on!
Termites: TP3 is set up for treatments which call for rodding, trenching, or drilling. Proper inspections of the infected area will tell us which treatment would work the best.
Bed Bugs: With some specific pre treatment instructions, TP3 uses a variety of products designed to kill and prevent further infestations. Bed Bugs are our specialty with over 1,000 treatments completed. We only use the best products including Crossfire, Cimexa dust, Phantom crack/crevice, and Transport Micron. Scheduling
To properly maintain an integrated pest management strategy,
we ask to schedule each building to be treated every 3 to 4 months.
This maintains that the residual of the chemical and bait does not
break down to the point to where it becomes unsuccessful.
